NaturalAreaRugs.com provides FREE SHIPPING to the Contiguous 48 States via FedEx© or UPS© ground.

Delivery Time

Most rugs are shipped within 2-5 business days from our Southern California facility via UPS or Fed-Ex. This does not include custom-made rugs, which may take up 2-14 days for production. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by e-mail.

Please note that items ordered together may not arrive in the same package. Large items will be shipped via freight carriers like FedEx National.

If you require an unusual delivery method, such as the need to carry products up many flights of stairs, the freight carrier may add surcharges to your order. Once a product has been delivered to the address provided, it becomes the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure the item(s) arrive at the final destination.

Please note that we cannot ship to Army Post Office (APO), Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses, P.O. Box Addresses, or to Guam.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands

Orders and promotional items such as free rugs, shades, carpets or rug pads shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands will be subject to shipping charges. For Alaska and Hawaii, shipping charges will be 35% of the total sales amount, for Puerto Rico there will be a 50% charge and for the Virgin Islands a 100% shipping charge will be added.

Canada

All items on our website will ship from the United States. There will be a 10% shipping cost on items shipped to Canada. All prices shown are in U.S. dollars. Please add 5-10 days for delivery. Please note that rush delivery is not available to Canada.

NaturalAreaRugs.com is not responsible for any custom duties, broker fees, or any other international fees charged for shipments outside the United States.

International Orders

Please note:

* For FedEx Ground, a business day does not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Example: You ship a package on Monday that takes 2 business days to arrive. You do not count the day you ship as a business day, so your package would arrive on Wednesday, the second business day after the ship date.
