"I found a vastly larger selection of natural rugs here than on other sites I searched. When I was even able to find some of their area rugs elsewhere for comparison, the price difference was considerable, and shipping charges were usually added on. Shopping this site was relaxed and easy, and I appreciated the as-stated delivery time, the obvious care in packing, and the bonus good quality small-area rug that was unexpectedly thrown in (also carefully packed) that I now use at my entry. Quality and beauty were better than hoped. No fruatration at all, no complaints from one whos grown somewhat leery of ordering merchandise online -- an unusually enjoyable and valuable shopping experience -- glad I found them, and will recommend to others.

"My bamboo rug is wonderful! Even though I only wanted a small area rug in a bedroom, I wanted it to look a lot like my hardwood flooring in other parts of my house. The pictures on the website were actually very good and I was able to pick the color and style I wanted with ease. When the rug arrived it was just exactly what I wanted. The price was excellent!
